How to change your brake pads. It’ll vary from bike to bike, somewhat, but the basics are all the same really. If you want to know, they’re EBC HH pads, and brake considerably differently than stock. Not as much initial bite, but more overall strength. Makes everything a bit smoother.

alrighty. thanks
Thanks man.
The brackets do you nitpicky pain in the ass. The only difference is the number/size of actual pads which affects the grabbing power and braking ‘feel.’ More edges = more abrupt initial bite.
I liked it too. Been sitting on the HD for months with no audio to go with.
If you need help when the time comes, let me know.
thanks
Blue works, but red is stronger from what I hear. I want to get a hold of this green crap I used at an old job. That stuff will snap your wrench before it comes off, and if it dries on a metal surface, it WILL NOT come off. I think it’s half acid.
Do the front…Pretty easy to do and explain.
Some do, some don’t. I doubt I HAVE to, but it makes it a whole lot easier. The front should be able to be left on.
It’s hard to explain, unless you understand certain terms. Basically the sprocket is bolted to an elliptical eccentric hub, and that hub is rotated to change tension. It makes things a LOT easier when it comes to tightening the chain (loosen one bolt, apply spanner to eccentric and shove..), but at the same time it is easier to get wrong. If done right, however, even if the lock bolts aren’t tightened your chain cannot come loose in any way other than stretching.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks, someone else made it (tho I don’t remember who
) all I did was add the audio.
Great video. I favorited it so I can come back to it whenever it’s time to change my brake pads.
Thanks for boring the hell out of all your viewers. :]
Good video. That new intro is brilliant.
I was wondering about the gloves… 5:54 – “they look identical, right?” Um, no, no they don’t
nice job…….good vid…..
Nice fancy intro. Good job on the vid. Blue loctite is good for things also.
Great job and awesome information, I actually may do this video later this month. Beat me too it but that’s fine
thanks Trinith!
thats a pretty cool intro. By the way, do you have to take the wheel off to do this?
I’ve never had a bike with a single side swing arm, and I’m curious about chain adjustment. Does the wheel hub slide on a track inside the swing arm, or is there something else going on?
Thanks for uploading this Trinith!
Good job
Fancy intro!
lol. cool gloves. trin you rule.
